I was able to get the OTA using Edge browser. Chrome was the problem.

I am using an HDMI monitor (TV) and many apps like Reddit are forced to portrait mode, which is centered on the screen and shown in portrait. I'd rather it be landscape. Is there a way (or app) that will force all apps to landscape mode?
Since it's portrait only application, that's exactly how it should be displayed on forced landscape orientation. It doesn't rotate to landscape on your phone/tablet either.

Other option is to rotate the display 90/270 from Raspberry Pi setting and mount your TV/display sideways if you want it to be full screen. Forced orientation can be disabled from the same settings menu but TVs/monitors don't usually rotate and tilting your head sideways is pretty inconvenient. :)
