Thanks for your reply, I will test it but I am not very confident... I don't undersant why my config.txt is wrong, normally it is possible to set directly the rotation in it.
I will test it on friday.
But it seems that some people have the same issue with the same camera (IMX296) : viewtopic.php?t=367236
