Hey, we noticed the PR has merged so we applied the new version to Lakka!Hmm, colour artifacts will be back with a vengeance on the console in 60Hz progressive modes -- maybe not quite as bad as Raspberry Pi 4 though. There's a tradeoff with sharpness but I don't want to sacrifice too much of that.Hiccup: I understand, I will patiently wait for a fixhow can I know when this is added?
I'll reply again when an update is finally merged into the official build. It could be a while before it gets into a release though.
In case I was supposed to test this already, here's the results:
On cmdline, I added: video=Composite-1:720x480,tv_mode=NTSC-J drm_rp1_vec.cmode=27000:720/16/64/58,480/6/6/32
On config.txt I uncomment this one: include distroconfig-composite.txt
You weren't kidding... color artifacts are back with a VENGEANCE. I think I misread what you said about the phase-flip limitation, cause I thought that would still be here, but the color artifacts are static now just like on Pi3/4

But there's possibly good news. If this was supposed to fix performance, it didn't! So the issue was possibly something else.

I hope this is evidence we can have the phase flip without the hiccups.
