Anyone around who can figure this out..?
I have configured https://unix.stackexchange.com/question ... rsistently my usb 2.5gb nic using systemd-networkd with the higher priority (since there is no way to turn of the 1gb built in nic.. even if there is that is not the problem/question here so let’s move on)
Even though the usb nic is attached and works now, upon each and every reboot/shutdown and power up I have to (during or after boot) physically remove and reattach so it all can work again.
This seems to be a Kernal issu..
So my questions is, is the boot modifiable so any of the workarounds available would be applied? Or maybe could one run a script containing one of these solutions before the boot script?
