Yes that is the exact filename.
I did try and go to the exodus help forums but alas these are blocked in the UK.
I've just downloaded the Linux zip version.
Many files no idea how to proceed. My eye is drawn to the one called "install-desktop-file.sh" but nothing happens when I double click.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
