Referring to this article "Raspberry Pi 5 Kernel Graphics Driver Support Will Hopefully Be Upstreamed Soon" :

Since RPiOS sadly only works with LTS kernels, I would like to know when we will be entitled to a powerful graphics driver for RPi5 ?
Because if I'm not mistaken the next LTS kernel will be for Debian 13, next summer... Almost 2 years after the release of the RPi5, and at that time we will wait the release of the RPi6 !!!
Drivers should be created before the hardware is released, no more than x months/years later, otherwise you will not respect users having purchasing this hardware ;-(
