I tend to use Vooya on an x86 Ubuntu system to view images as that is my normal development system.
GREY is 8bpp. Tell Vooya "Single Channel" and "Bit depth: 8bit".
Y10P will be difficult to view
Y10 is 10bpp packed into the bottom bits of a 16bit word. Tell Vooya "Single Channel", "Bit depth (Value): 10bit", and advanced settings "Bit Depth (Container): 16bit".
In all cases provide the width (rounded up to the next multiple of 32) and height.
