It sounds like you need to add Android Accessory support to Linux (or find somebody else who as already done it), then reverse engineer the way the DJI remote is using it.

What you have does configures the low level controller and kernel stuff but provides no actual USB devices to either the USB host or Linux on the Pi.
If you were to plug that Pi as is into a windows box you'll almost certainly see a popup starting "USB Device Not Recognised"
