Pixel clock would be pixel rate.
DSI clock would be a bit rate, so at 24bpp, 4 lanes, and double data rate, I believe you'll be looking at a clock frequency of 445.5MHz.
RP1 will be logging the bitrate/lane, not clock rate (which is a factor of 2 lower). 445*2 = 890, so I believe the log message you've reported.
