probably the thermal pads, give them some time to heat up/break in.
60 is the norm, below 80 it's all good.
Thermal "pad", the Geeekpi has ONLY a CPU pad. Kinda lame. In order to use the ice tower they totally neglected memory and pdu. I had an Argon One v3 NvME prior with multiple pads and actually that ran hotter than the stock cooler bare. Not shockingly, the stock cooler seems to work better than most things I have tried. Probably because it soaks up heat from all over the board better than most. At least with the Geeekpi minitower I can resort to the stock cooler. I have the Pimeroni NvME board so it limits my case choices.
