To answer your question, it would not be the first time a troll comes around. But if you're not, then you're not.

Given that you gave flask as an example of what you'd like to access, and flask can play sounds as neilgl pointed to, it should.have helped, if at least a tiny bit.

Or, you could use ex to play audio, video, etc, which is accessible via web server type access be it via Wi-Fi or some other weird type of wireless LAN as already brought up by thagrol.

Unless you're really bad at communicating what you really want to do, or worse doing it on purpose, then none of this entire inquiry makes any sense.

I'm not a very good communicator, so sorry if that's a problem.

The write down what you are actually trying to accomplish. Be detailed. Even being bad at communicating, if you try, you can do a better job than what you've done so far. Otherwise you're just wasting everyone's time.

For a beginner who does not know much (as I liked to your post earlier), you're asking for too complex things. You should be trying things that are simpler and proven to work, and then try to take it to the next level after you learn enough.

One does not setup to build a macbook from scratch using transistors, first they learn what a computer is and how to build simple binary machines. Then take it from there. Given your lack of knowledge on any of this, my best advice is to think about that. But hey, you do you.
