I've just tried using few external resistor, and checked on a scope, in two cases:
- internal pull down enabled, locks up at 2.20 V
- floating freely, the latch-up looks stronger, 2.44 V
10K works in both cases, releases the latch-up > reads 0
15K works with internal pull down activated, releases the latch-up > reads 0
15K in floating mode just pulls down from 2.44 V to 1.84 V > reads 1
20K with internal PULL-DOWN 2.20 V > 1.32 V, doesn't release the latch-up, still reads 1
20K in floating mode 2.44 V > 1.84 V, the same
33K doesn't work
