Yes, this is the idea I'm working on. 10 wires out, 2 will be split for VCC and GND.

Get readings from MPU-6500 (MPU 32/65) --> loop readings until over X value --> Dump loop to Memory Module W25Q32B AND any new values for 120 seconds.
