What if your supplier is out of business? Then your reseller is no longer there.With regard to the warranty process itself, the posts above are correct. Your warranty is with the supplier, so that is where you need to go for front-line support and warranty claims. We at Raspberry Pi do NOT deal with warranty claims for products sold via resellers. It is the resellers who deal with the customer then with us if further input is needed.
