Are you running vanilla Debian, rather than Raspberry Pi OS (which is Debian + Pi goodness)? Your kernel doesn't look like a normal Raspios 12/Bookworm kernel. The latest Raspios aarch64 kernel is significantly newer:
You probably need updated firmware for the Pi5, I'd guess, although you may also be lacking kernel support for it. Both would be automatic via APT, if you were running the official OS. Raspios pulls everything other than the Pi-specific stuff directly from the Debian APT repositories, so there's not any difference for general usage of apps and services.
