I think you are concerned too much."Ambient temperature" means nothing. It heavily depends on your enclosure and the ventilation provided.So what current would you allow for, bearing in mind this will most probably be used at ambient temperatures?
Expect the contact springs to heat up at high currents.
If these are just lasting a fraction of a second it may matter less than if you really push the Pi to it's max power.
If you disconnect a connector frequently its contact springs will losen. Then you get ito trouble, if you load it with high currents.
I would have expected after your last thread you'd learn to stop digging when you're in a hole.
