Hello there! Regarding the supported SSD list - it seems like the supported Crucial P3 1TB has almost the exact same specification as the one I'm using, except the fact that P3 has Gen3 PCIe, and my P310 has Gen4. I don't think this should cause issues though, as it should be backwards compatible.
I have followed every step of the installation manual you linked, modified the boot config.txt, but without success unfortuately.
I have also checked the diagnostic messages to (hopefully) find something useful there, but it doesn't seem to be something I can analyze. Maybe someone who reads this thread can understand it and clarify what it means. I have extracted the logs that apply to the HAT+:
