Python • Keep getting this error message

Apart from trying C, I'm trying Python, no matter what GPIO package I'm using, the above error message is displayed.

I have ran simple print statement, without the need of any packages, they all ran successfully

Am I missing something, or are the packages corrupted or something to do with permission etc?
