Hello, I just bought a raspberry pi pico rp2040 but none of the PCs I have in the office detect it. I have tried with Windows 7 and 10 and nothing, I leave the bootstrap button pressed and connect the USB cable and nothing happens, I just turn on a green led on the raspberry card, but on the PC it doesn't sound anything like when you connect a USB device, with some cables I did a reset by jumping from RUN to any GND, it reset but nothing works Still, I will leave you the image of my raspberry because all the videos I have seen, mine is different, by the way I have also used Arduino IDE to see if it detects it, download the entire raspberry pi pico library and nothing is like it does not recognize the card , my USB Cables are Original since if I connect my Phone I can transfer files
