I believe I can use the Raspberry Pi Imager to re-image the eMMC disk, but I want to use the eMMC as bulk storage, or make adjustments to the eMMC image before removing and deploying the CM5 into production.
Just so we're all on the same page, what do you mean by "deploying the CM5 into production"? A product for sale? A tool for use in your business processes? Something for use in a state funded school? In a privately funded school? Something produced by and used in a not for profit or charity? Something else?
