Python in 2024 is such a mess that I just don't want to use it any more. I don't see how anyone is happy with how Python behaves now.
Instructions for things which used to work flawlessly now leave me in "debugging" mode with me trying to figure how to fix things instead of just *using* things... It's like starting over.
If you want something to work now you have to write everything yourself or be prepared to spend many wasted hours cajoling code back into operation. Maybe its just code getting stale on GitHub... or maybe its just too many breaking changes in recent Python releases... but it's getting to me.
And don't get me started on "error: externally-managed-environment". That solution is proof that the current Python team has no clue how to solve actual problems they created by not thinking ahead.
