To fix the problem, first install java-common with "sudo apt install default-jre-headless," then install OpenJDK 17 using "sudo apt install openjdk-17-jdk"; make sure you're using Raspberry Pi OS 64-bit Bookworm and check if your Pi is a Pi5 or Pi4 for compatibility.
