Dear GHP,
very kind everyone, I think I have solved the problem on the second pico at least, and soon I will try to fix it on the first one too. Given that I had washed the board several times with isopropyl alcohol, your last comment @GHP made me wonder "possibly too much flux used or flux which has too good electric conductance". I therefore removed the plastic spacer of the pins and I was able to see an imperceptible but present layer of flux that had deposited. Once that was removed, again with isopropyl alcohol, board number two was back up and running as it should be. This makes me think that I need to evaluate, perhaps a more thorough cleaning (even if in this case the plastic spacer has been irremediably lost), also perhaps products more suitable for electronic soldering will perhaps be less conductive.

I would like to sincerely thank the forum community who, with patience and kindness, were able to advise me on this problem of mine, thank you very much. :D
