Just pointing out that it is very unlikely that the microSD card is bricked (dead) and much more likely corrupted, such that you can't use it to boot the Pi. Assuming you follow reasonable handing processes it is actually fairly difficult to brick a microSD card.
I tried putting it in 3 different card readers. I tried the chkdsk command reinstall the SD card drivers, use the Diskpart command, change the drive name and used tutorials for each way listed. I also tried to format the microSD card in the commands previously listed. I tried to format it by simply left clicking it and choosing format. But at every turn it says it is an empty drive or an empty card reader. I bought 2 microSD cards and both cards did this. I tried all this before I got any responses.
You could try reformatting the card in a camera or by using the download from the SD Association at https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter/
+1 for SDcard formatter
If that tool isn't able to format the uSD it's really bricked.

I always recommend people to have more than one uSD around.
Another oprion is booting the Pi from USB, then let RPimager do its job.
I will try booting from usb to see if RPimager can fix it. The rpi 5 might have a better time than pc. If it can format it to at least be readable on a pc so I can reimage it. Then that would be great. Unfortunately I can't format it through a camera because I don't have one. Thanks everyone for the responses and the help. I really appreciate it. If nothing else I'll get another micro sd card and try again. But I'll do everything remotely instead of moving the card around. Thank you for the coding help. I couldn't find anything online for this particular problem. I'm also using a Samsung 512 EVO Select microSD card. I don't know if I should be using a different one, but it looked like the best for the price. I would love to get 3d arcade games to run on this old arcade machine. I'll post my progress as I go. If you can keep helping and having different insights whenever you have spare time. It could actually work sooner than I could do it on my own. I'll also post pics and video when I can.
