I've got similar problems.
And also found similar problems here and here.
The pre release firmware update with sudo rpi-update seemed to solve it for me, too, the error messages on boot are gone. But I will observe it further, as it didn't happen on every boot, but often. But when I remember right, I could see the error message every time.
