Very strange. Some thoughts:

• Have you tried accessing the RPI from a different computer?

• Is the RPI on the same sub-net as your computer?

• Is your network using IP4 and IP6? Do you use IP6 off your computer? I don't know if the answer matters, but if IP6 is involved, maybe disable it on your PC

For find the answer, I think the suggestion first offered about hooking up a monitor and keyboard is a good one

Seeing no one has mentioned it yet, is the WIFi network you're trying to connect to using 2.4GHz or 5GHz? The zeroW only supports the 2.4GHz band.
