I messed around with config and found out that issue was caused by dtoverlay and rest of the display parameters I had entered
dtoverlay=vc4-fkms-v3d
hdmi_group=2
hdmi_mode=35
hdmi_safe=1
Commented them out and returned the default dtoverlay and it started working! Even tho I get that edid error message I posted above, it still manages to boot into the OS no problem.
