I am not sure but I think the keygen stuff might only be enabled when Imager is run under Linux.
The text would be the generated key, and would look something like this. Probably some way of generating it on Windows.
If you are unfamilar with using private keys for access, you might just want to stick with password authentication for the moment.

I think enable telemetry just means that Imager will phone home so Raspberry Pi can record the number of uses of each OS. It does not send any personal data.
