I don't have a Camera Module 3, just 1 and 2, but both of those are capable of 1920x1080@30 on any Pi, so Camera 3 on a Zero 2W shouldn't have any problem.
Might still be best to wait to see if anyone has done it, or if someone wants to send me a Camera 3 to try it with, I will![;-)]( "Wink")
