Your question implies that you want to learn both. Having written introductory books for both, I would say that it makes no difference which one you start with. I've programmed in many different assembly languages over the decades. Each is different.
Between the two Arm instruction sets, A32 and A64, I prefer A64. It feels closer to the machine to me. I have not used the T32 instruction set.
