Compute Module • CM5 Dev Kit PoE - what's needed?

Hi there,

first post. Searched the forum, the Dev IO board doc and somewhere else.
I thought it is fully integrated when read description before purchasing it.
Tried to start directly with PoE, but did not start up.
So tried to find some doc.
But still it is not clear to me. Sorry if I overlooked something.
Saw the jumper beside the RJ45 jack.
But neither any onboard description nor anything in doc.
So is it just a jumper setting or do I need still some hat in addition?
