Fatal firmware error.
Use Pi Imager to create a bootloader image on a SD card.
Power on with bootloader SD card, hopefully you will get a green screen eventually, if not, wait a couple of minutes before powering down.
On your next boot leave the SD card out and see if you can get a screen working with the diagnostic screen.
The problem has possibly been caused by switching off when it was halfway through something, the first boot can take a long time using SD cards, if you have a screen compatibility problem that hides that the Pi is working normally, give it a couple of minutes on the first boot if nothing appears to be happening.
