Actually the Batocera is working perfectly, it is on the SD card though. The issue is when you turn on the Pi it does not check the SD card for the operating system, it is only looking at the ethernet port. When you are on the white/ red screen and you hit the escape button on the keyboard it goes to the diagnostic screen where it starts checking other places for the boot files (SD Card and USB). When it checks the SD card it boots up with no issues. I am just trying to find a way to get the Pi to check the SD card slot for boot files when you turn it on.

When you turn the system on without an SD card it does the same thing by the way, you get the white/red screen asking you to connect an ethernet cable and Waiting for Network.

I am just trying to find out how to get to the Boot Settings.
