I find myself using MS Copilot a lot on Windows..

To put an Icon on the Pi:

Start chromium, go to the bing Copilot page:

Code:

https://www.bing.com/search?q=Bing+AI&showconv=1&FORM=hpcodx
Then select 3 dot menu, Save and share and then create Shortcut

This will put an icon on the desktop that can be clicked.

To add it to the quick launchers (i.e the task bar):

Edit the file : /home/{your id here}/.config/wf-panel-pi.ini

Add a line to the end:

Code:

launcher_000006=chrome-kccnpjpkmabdcdbjplmjdffhpfcjkocj-Profile_2.desktop
[*]The text chrome-kccnpjpkmabdcdbjplmjdffhpfcjkocj-Profile_2.desktop, will be different on your system.
[*]Your launcher number will be different - use the next available number

To find your text after the =, right click your desktop Copilot icon, then select properties and the string you want is next to the file: item.

Add the text then save the wf-panel-pi.ini and the laucher should have a copilot icon !

If you want it next to the Raspberry menu item change it to be launcher_000001 and renumber all the rest.

Once saved the change is immediate.

Enjoy !

PS - I have also put a shortcut to the pis Bookself there too:

Code:

launcher_000006=rp-bookshelf.desktop
Why is this not a default ?
