I installed what assume is an unofficial version of speediest-cli from here: https://github.com/sivel/speedtest-cli
Note particularly the Inconsistency notes at the bottom of the page.
I used pip to install in my home directory.
It reports version 2.1.3 but the results are pretty much the same as with version 2.0.2:
